Universal Exercise Bike Seat Adapter Kit 4 Bolt

I have a Life Cycle stationary bike that I like to use for exercise in bad weather, but the 'tractor' seat on it was so different from my road bike seat that it made using the stationary bike uncomfortable. The original manufacturer didn't sell an adapter, but they referred me to this one by Bicycle Seats.com. I installed it in about 10 minutes with just basic hand-tools, and it let me use an old road-bike seat I had laying around so I didn't need to buy a new one.

It wasn't difficult to install but it wasn't easy either. Cumbersome might be the better word. First of all, would it have been that hard to put printed instructions in the box?! No, it would not have been. I found the directions on the site and they were easy enough to follow but the design of this thing had me scraping my knuckles down to nothing. They arranged these screws to be in the most ridiculous places. Then I had to keep loosening and re-tightening because the seat would still be super wobbly left to right or front to back (never both). It took several tries to get the seat at the right angle and be able to reach the screws at the same time to tighten them. But now my Golds Gym bike has a much better seat.

My Nordic Track GX 3.1 came with a horrible, huge seat. I installed the adapter today (a BSCIM-UNI4 UNiversal Exercise Bike Adapter Kit), in order to set-up a classic, rails based, seat (AERGOFit brand). It is perfect. Good quality. Shipped quite fast. Well packaged. Thank you!

Worked as described. Easy to install. Mine did nor come with the 7/8 post clamp but I had one on an old seat.

Excellent adapter. Easy to install. It's a perfect fit to my Weslo stationary bike. I can now ride comfortably on my favorite bicycle seat thanks to this adapter.

GREAT PRODUCT and it needs to be in bike shops and exercise equipment shops. I had to change out the seat (more like a couch) from an older stationary bike and went to a number of different shops. No one though I could do it and they had ZERO solution for me. Lucky I came across the website, sent photos and asked questions. They were quick to reply and provided advice. I am so happy with how easy it was to put on my new seat. I continued to make adjustments over the next day and got my seat just right. This product needs to be in retail shops!!

Adapter kit worked just as described, enabling me to change the very uncomfortable factory-provided exercise cycle seat for one that was a bit better. Very pleased with this kit. It worked!
