This post is very well made. I have used other suspension posts that have a lot of sloppiness in the action. This one has the vertical motion you want without any "swivel chair" silliness. There is no stiction that I have noticed at all. I was concerned that it wouldn't handle my 250lbs, but I have the preload adjusted to handle small bumps well, and never bottom out on larger ones. I couldn't be happier.
