If you don't like it? Send it back.  No hassles! 

We'll refund your total purchase price less shipping.

Please contact us within 30 days and request a Return Merchandise number.
Return shipping is not refunded.


We have a 90 day warranty on all of our products, and we guarantee that our products will be free from any material or workmanship defects during that time. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear that will be encountered when using the products regularly, and as intended. 


If your package arrives damaged, missing items, or otherwise tampered with, please contact the carrier or our Customer Service Department immediately. Damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Any delay in contacting us makes it more difficult to file a claim.  Please keep all packaging and papers that arrive with package.

What you should do return your purchase for a refund or exchange.
Your satisfaction is our goal.  If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of shipment, as shown on your invoice, for a refund or exchange (excluding cost of shipping). If we made the error, we'll take care of the shipping too.

Visit: Track your recent orders
Click on: (View Details) of the order you want to return.
Click on: [Add New RMA] Choose Quantity # of Returned items and reasons.
Click on: [Save RMA]
Within the next few days you will receive an email with important instructions.
Please, do not ship the item(s) until you receive an authorization email from us. Once you receive authorization:
After obtaining a Return Authorization #. 
2. Pack the items back into its original box, with a copy of the original invoice or packing slip, all papers, packaging, etc. If anything is missing, written on, damaged, defaced, altered, customized, cut or trimmed, we may not be able to accept the return or may need to charge a 15% restocking fee (our discretion). Please include a brief note stating why the item is being returned. AND write the RMA# on the outside of the box.
3. Return Shipping is not refunded unless there was an error on our part.
4. Custom made and special order items are non refundable, unless cleared by a customer service representative.

When should you expect a refund?
Allow up to 10 business days after we receive the returned merchandise for processing of return and refund. Orders paid by American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa will be credited to your credit card account.
Allow 1 billing month for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Orders paid by cashier's check, or money order will be refunded by check.
Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number may be refused. Do not send merchandise back COD or freight collect. We cannot accept such packages. For your own protection, insure all return packages. We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, pilfered or damaged.
