I am a small guy and just a regular seat had me sliding off to the right and left. This seat is comfortable. No sliding to the left or right. The opening for those with sensitive prostates will appreciate that feature. All and all, it is a great seat!

Great Seat
This seat is especially good for those that experience numbness in the perineal area. You still have enough of a nose for decent control, unlike the "half moon" style (noseless) seats. After my first trial I was going to swnd it back because it was uncomfortable on my sit bones. In fairness, I decided to give it another try, and I'm glad I did. You just jave to give it more time to get the full benefit. However, I do think the seat should have more padding forcadded comfort.

The seat which came with my stationary bike was very hard on my personal parts. The skin becomes very sensitive for seniors and gets easily inflamed. I could not use the seat I had. This saddle is really what I needed. However, it is hard at the back, that is why I have given four stars instead of five. The service was very fast, and they had fixed the clamp to the seat for me. I really appreciated the service. Even on the phone when I was deciding what to buy, the person who took my phone call was very polite and helpful.

noseless seat
Like the idea of a noseless seat, however is seems to need more cushioning for my senior body. Maybe I'll adapt to it better if I ride more. Hope to find some better cushioning to put on top. I like it otherwise and am keeping it.

Serious fitness rider
The Horseshoe seat was too broad at the butt for my swimmers butt. It affected my ability to peddle smoothly. I returned the seat. Seemed to be good quality product.
